• Work collaboratively with assigned Sales team to provide administrative assistance to generate sales and support the needs of customers prior to, during and post sale.
• This includes but is not limited to preparing quotations, gathering customer credit applications, bid packages, vendor submissions and other sales related documentation.
• Proactively call customers to follow up on quotations, providing outbound phone coverage during sales team absences and resolving open issues.
• Contacting customers by phone to answer queries and obtain required information to facilitate sale or refrigerant buyback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and quotations in the CRM system.
• Coordinate sales responses to customer bid requests, in conjunction with sales account/territory managers, sales leadership and legal team.
• Assists in the resolution of day-to-day inquiries from sales team.

• Lead and deliver D365CE business enhancements from design to implementation
• Translate business requirements into scalable D365CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules
• Drive solution design workshops, gap analysis, and functional specifications
• Ensure alignment between D365CE and enterprise architecture standards
• Configure and extend D365CE using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Collaborate with developers on customizations, plugins, and integrations
• Provide architectural guidance on best practices and system scalability
• Support the design and implementation of end-to-end customer journeys within D365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys)

• Own and evolve brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across services and customer segments, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, social, print, and events to support lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Oversee content strategy including blogs, email campaigns, surveys, newsletters, and social media.
• Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs across digital, print, email, web, and event channels, supported by dashboards and monthly performance reviews.
