About the role
- Hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of new and established Contract Managers
- Lead a team focused on overseeing the contract renewal process and in-life contract amendments or billing queries
- Maintain a customer first attitude focused on driving sustainable long term account value through a retain and grow model
- Uncover ways to reduce friction and evolve organization for scale without compromising on service
- Support customers with mid-cycle contractual negotiations and billing queries
- Work closely with team to keep them up to speed on product releases, pricing changes, negotiation and selling motions
- Use data to provide insights into team performance and uncover opportunities for innovation and effectiveness
- Build a high performing team, manage pipeline and target achievement
- Build relationships with management peers, directors and executives across Sales, CS, Technology, Rev Ops
- Coach team in developing long term personal and professional goals
- Create accountability and drive performance across team against leading and lagging indicators
Requirements
- 2+ years of people management experience is preferred, but not required
- Passion and commitment for helping customers succeed
- Clear history of coaching and developing individual performers
- Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
- Familiarity of interaction between contracts, terms of service and legal requirements
- Clear and articulate communication skills with the ability to effectively drive a negotiation
- Phenomenal organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possesses intellectual curiosity and is a resourceful problem solver
- Passion for helping individual performers meet their personal and professional goals
