About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery of complex initiatives.
- Translate leadership and stakeholder strategic objectives into a clear, actionable product vision and roadmap.
- Spend time with users to understand pain and ensure their needs guide decisions.
- Partner with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and make difficult trade-off decisions.
- Monitor project progress, report status updates, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience delivering results in software development, IT, or systems integration.
- Fluent in both user stories and API specs.
- Deeply technical; understand the realities of building on AWS GovCloud and know what a real DevSecOps pipeline looks like.
- Relentlessly focused on the "why." You understand that every feature we build has a direct impact on people's lives.
