Territory Sales Manager – AZ/Las Vegas

Controller

• Responsible for leading timely and accurate month end close process
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly income statement, balance sheet and cash flow flux analysis
• Review key financial metrics and resolve issues
• Analyze and make assessments of financial statements
• Ensure a strong control environment by monitoring key SOX controls

Mechanical Engineer

• Responsible for the development of new products and the enhancement of existing products, including high-voltage bushings.

• Develop and analyze Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models to support product design, validation, and optimization efforts

Senior Associate Design Engineer

Manager

• Act as EHS subject matter expert to ensure safety and environmental compliance with company, state and federal policies and regulations.
• Assist the EHS Director in prioritizing EHS focus areas/plants within the Business Segment.
• Assists with development of safety improvement plans and implementation of action items associated with risk reduction.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress towards established goals, improvement plans, action items and initiatives.
• Supports and participates in risk reduction activities to manage claims, reduce injuries and reduce workers compensation costs including ergonomics, manual handling, industrial hygiene and machine guarding.
• Communicate with government agencies, plant leaders and segment leaders.
• Assists in the evaluation and review of expense or capital projects.
• Assist in annual performance reviews and development plans of site EHS professionals.

• Analyze first aid, near miss, recordable incidents to implement and communicate proactive measures to prevent similar injuries.
• Conduct safety and environmental audits/inspections, communicate results, document and track progress of corrective actions and follow-up to ensure measures have been implemented.
• Provide technical support to pollution and/or risk prevention projects as assigned.

Environmental, Health, and Safety Regional Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the application and integration of Beckwith Electric’s protection, automation, and control solutions across generation, transmission, distribution, substations, DER interconnections, and industrial facilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, business development and customer support to deploy products and solutions that solve customer’s challenges.
• Act as the subject matter expert on protection relays, controls, and provide thought leadership and play a vital role in product development.
• Work closely with the sales & commercial organization, engineering, R&D, and business development teams to develop and refine customer solutions utilizing Beckwith/Hubbell Protection & Control products and services.
• Be the voice of customer internally for product and solutions development.
• Provide thought leadership by participating in industry conferences, tradeshows, demos, customer visits, and publishing technical papers.
• Provide support in developing product roadmap, writing market/product requirements, and generating technical marketing content.
• Investigate / troubleshoot specific customer or product problems and propose solutions and changes for satisfactory resolution.

• Seek and qualify sales leads, determine routes for action, and follow up to close the sale.
• Drive product specifications with end-users, industry consultants and engineering firms.
• Conduct sales calls on distributors and all potential water market users/consumers to promote and sell water infrastructure solutions.
• Train distributor personnel to sell and promote Hubbell products; manage distributor inventory/investments to ensure maintenance of accurate inventories to service the territory.
• Maintain accurate sales forecast reports and account records.
• Conduct formal sales and training presentations to various groups, utilities, distributors, contractors, engineers, and other end-users.
• Communicate through Customer Service and Hubbell Lenoir City (HLC) staff to resolve any customer issues, claims, and support opportunities.
• Gather and share customer feedback regarding new products, product modifications, literature, and sales tools.
• Serve as a customer information center for literature requests, catalog requests, technical detail, drawings, and cross-reference information.
• Obtain and provide management with specific account information necessary to develop and manage inventory levels.
• Communicate changes in customer purchasing practices that require adjustments to product stocking levels at plants.
• Participate in local, regional, and national trade shows and trade organizations that provide opportunities to influence specification.
• Continually identify and develop new opportunities for the use and sales of all assigned products.
• Monitor sales levels, quotation activity, and CRM database activity to keep on top of account opportunities and threats.
• Research, develop, and submit management reports as required.
