About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading timely and accurate month end close process
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly income statement, balance sheet and cash flow flux analysis
Review key financial metrics and resolve issues
Analyze and make assessments of financial statements
Ensure a strong control environment by monitoring key SOX controls
Interface with internal and external audit teams
Lead the segment’s annual goodwill impairment analysis
Partner with the commercial team to calculate customer incentives
Effectively communicate financial information to non-financial managers
Complete ad hoc financial information requests and various special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting
8+ Years of progressive finance/accounting experience
Exceptional understanding of US GAAP
Experience operating with SOX 404 compliance
Ability to effectively identify and communicate complex transactions
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
OneStream or other financial consolidation package and SAP experience
Expert working knowledge of MS Excel
