Vertical Lead – Customer Success Management

Consultant

• Support enterprise sales cycles by positioning HRS PAY solutions to Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
• Lead customer discussions around payment automation, reconciliation workflows, ERP integrations, and finance process optimization and B2B payment workflows including virtual card (vCC) processes
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable commercial solution concepts together with Product and Implementation teams
• Act as the trusted advisor during pre-sales and solution validation phases
• Develop ROI-driven value propositions focused on automation, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Work with enterprise finance ecosystems including SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Concur, SAP Ariba, and related platforms
• Coordinate with issuers, banking partners, Travel Management Companies, and implementation teams to ensure smooth solution alignment
• Support multi-market rollout planning and implementation readiness
• Ensure customer requirements around reconciliation, payment flows, and finance operations are reflected in the proposed solution setup
• Build trusted relationships with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
• Align internal commercial, product, and delivery teams around customer requirements and solution feasibility
• Support complex enterprise opportunities and strategic customer discussions throughout the deal cycle

Payment Consultant

Database Administrator

• Manage and maintain multi-platform database environments including DB2 on AIX, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar)
• Design and implement database automation solutions using Flyway for schema migrations and deployment pipelines
• Architect and optimize databases on AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging services like Amazon RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB
• Integrate database deployments into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated, reliable, and repeatable database change management
• Perform advanced query optimization and performance tuning to ensure optimal database response times
• Implement database security best practices including authentication, encryption, and access control
• Monitor database health, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution
• Develop and maintain database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
• Collaborate with development teams to support application database requirements
• Document database architectures, procedures, and operational runbooks

Customer Support

• Resolve complex support cases requiring specialized PAY product knowledge and technical expertise across all PAY products
• Provide guidance & troubleshooting on complex customer scenarios to all stakeholders involved in E2E Journey (CXM, payment partners, other interface partners, Accounting/Finance departments, product house, Service teams or Sales) ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate team and leadership to mobilize resources
• Participate in customers calls requiring in-depth PAY expertise, contributing to the customer success alongside other teams
• Build collective expertise through knowledge sharing & best practices across the CXM team
• Partner with cross functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning, making available up to date documentation
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions that build internal capabilities and ensure consistent support quality
• Actively drive measurable impact on the team KPIs and customers satisfaction metrics via continuous performance enhancement
• Use insights from customers interactions and data analysis to uncover the root causes of recurrent issues and develop actionable recommendations
• Contribute to optimizing issues resolution workflows and the overall PAY Customer journey
