Account Executive

• Vertrieb unserer Masterdata-, Produktdatenmanagement und Produktmarketing Softwarelösungen mit den Schwerpunkten: Gewinnung neuer Key Accounts.
• Sie identifizieren, verfolgen und entwickeln die durch verschiedene Methoden generierten Enterprise-Leads bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss durch Ihr Networking.
• Sie erarbeiten auf Basis Ihrer Analysen zur Verfügung gestellter Pflichtenheften und Anforderungsprofile bestens auf die Kundenprozesse und Geschäftsabläufen abgestimmte Lösungskonzepte.
• Sie verhandeln Verträge, Bedingungen und Preisvereinbarungen mit potenziellen Kunden und schließen gleichzeitig Verkaufsabschlüsse effektiv ab, um ihre Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
• Sie arbeiten eng sowohl mit internen Teams wie Marketing, Pre-Sales Consulting und Produktentwicklung als auch externen Implementierungspartnern zusammen, um Ressourcen strategisch zu orchestrieren und eine nahtlose Kommunikation bzgl. der Erfüllung der Kundenanforderungen.

Solutions Engineer

• Advise and provide technical support to corporate clients on digitizing and optimizing their treasury and financial processes
• Conduct requirements analyses, develop tailored solution concepts and present product demos at C-level
• Work closely with sales, product management and implementation teams throughout the sales cycle
• Develop business cases and support RFPs/RFIs
• Represent the company as a thought leader at conferences and customer events

Principal Solution Engineer – Treasury, Liquidity, Fintech

• Sales of our master data, product information management (PIM) and product marketing software solutions with a focus on acquiring new key accounts
• Identify, pursue and develop enterprise leads generated through various methods through to successful closure
• Analyze provided specifications and requirement profiles to design solution concepts
• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing agreements with prospective customers
• Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre-Sales Consulting and Product Development, as well as with external implementation partners.

Sales

• Pre-Sales und Technische Beratung & für Messaging-, Voice-, Video- und Collaboration-Lösungen
• Ansprechpartner für Key Accounts und neue Kunden im Enterprise-Umfeld (Fokus auf DACH)
• Durchführung von Demos, POCs, Workshops und Kundenschulungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktmanagement und strategischen Partnern (z. B. Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems)
• Technische Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen
• Vermittlung der Mehrwerte und Vorteile der Produkte an CxOs bis Techniker
• Unterstützung des Marketings bei Wettbewerbsanalysen, Messen, Case-Studies, Erstellung von Demoskripten, Demovideos und Whitepaper

Account Manager

• Sales of IT services and digitalization solutions for the Bundeswehr, ministries, and government agencies in the defense sector and internal security
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers (e.g., BAAINBw, Federal Ministry of Defence, IT departments of the Bundeswehr)
• Identifying requirements in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, and software solutions for security-critical organizations
• Managing tenders and procurement procedures in the defense sector
• Collaborating with internal specialist departments (Consulting, Technical, Delivery) to ensure optimal implementation of customer projects
• Strategic market development and the creation of new business approaches for defense and security authorities
• Successfully acquiring new tenders (framework contracts)
• Expanding business with existing customers
• Continuous optimization of service offerings
• Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Delivery, and Recruiting
