• Sales of IT services and digitalization solutions for the Bundeswehr, ministries, and government agencies in the defense sector and internal security
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers (e.g., BAAINBw, Federal Ministry of Defence, IT departments of the Bundeswehr)
• Identifying requirements in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, and software solutions for security-critical organizations
• Managing tenders and procurement procedures in the defense sector
• Collaborating with internal specialist departments (Consulting, Technical, Delivery) to ensure optimal implementation of customer projects
• Strategic market development and the creation of new business approaches for defense and security authorities
• Successfully acquiring new tenders (framework contracts)
• Expanding business with existing customers
• Continuous optimization of service offerings
• Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Delivery, and Recruiting

• Pre-Sales und Technische Beratung & für Messaging-, Voice-, Video- und Collaboration-Lösungen
• Ansprechpartner für Key Accounts und neue Kunden im Enterprise-Umfeld (Fokus auf DACH)
• Durchführung von Demos, POCs, Workshops und Kundenschulungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktmanagement und strategischen Partnern (z. B. Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems)
• Technische Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen
• Vermittlung der Mehrwerte und Vorteile der Produkte an CxOs bis Techniker
• Unterstützung des Marketings bei Wettbewerbsanalysen, Messen, Case-Studies, Erstellung von Demoskripten, Demovideos und Whitepaper
