Account Executive

• Auf- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen im DACH-Markt (Fokus: Enterprise & Public Sector (u.a. HealthCare), Retail, FMCG, FBI und Apparell)
• Zusammenarbeit mit direkten und indirekten Partnern wie z. B. Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, etc.
• Betreuung von Reseller-Partnern im DACH-Raum
• Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales-Cycle (vom Lead bis zum Abschluss) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit SDR-Agentur
• Präsentationen auf Entscheider-Level sowie technische Koordination mit Pre-Sales und Engineering
• Mitarbeit an der GTM-Strategie, Forecasting & CRM-Pipelinepflege in Salesforce
• Unterstützung von Marketing-Aktivitäten (Messen wie DMEA, Digital X, OMR etc, Demos, Case Studies)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem VP Sales Europe (in MUC sitzend) & dem internationalen Produktmanagement

Account Executive DACH – Secure Messaging & Collaboration

• Du bist verantwortlich für den kompletten New-Business-Zyklus in der DACH-Region – mit klarem Fokus auf Neukundenakquise (New Logos): Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung im Sales – von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Abschluss.
• Du baust Dir eine eigene, robuste Pipeline in Deinem Zielsegment auf und entwickelst Deinen Business-Case für Top-Accounts.
• Du identifizierst zielgenau High-Revenue-Potenziale, priorisierst Deinen Fokus und arbeitest konsequent auf Deine Ziele hin.
• Du führst C-Level-Gespräche (Business & IT), entwickelst überzeugende Value Propositions und orchestrierst Entscheidungsprozesse mit mehreren Stakeholdern.
• Du bereitest und führst Sales-Pitches, Präsentationen und Produkt-Demos gemeinsam mit Presales- und Fachteams durch.

Account Executive, AI, CRM, BPM, No Code SaaS

• You are the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers and generate high-quality sales opportunities across the DACH region through proactive outreach.
• Your main responsibility is professional lead generation and qualification — you hand off qualified leads to our experienced Sales Managers for closing.
• Lead generation: outbound calls, email campaigns and proactive outreach in the B2B enterprise segment (DACH).
• Lead qualification: needs analysis, identification of budget, timeline and key stakeholders according to defined qualification criteria.
• Product presentation: initial demos and communication of the value propositions of secure messaging, voice and video solutions.
• Lead handover: structured transfer of qualified leads to Sales Managers — including detailed briefings on customer needs, budget, timeline and decision-makers.
• CRM management: comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions, lead status and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Collaboration: close coordination with Sales Managers, Technical Sales, Marketing and strategic partners (e.g. Deutsche Telekom).
• Target achievement: consistently meeting and exceeding monthly lead and meeting targets.
• Market monitoring: support with competitive analysis and provide feedback on market trends in the secure messaging space.

Inside Sales Representative, Secure Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration

• Develop and expand customer relationships in the DACH market (focus: Enterprise & Public Sector, including Healthcare; Retail; FMCG; F&B; and Apparel)
• Collaborate with direct and indirect partners such as Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, etc.
• Manage reseller partners across the DACH region
• Own the full sales cycle (from lead to close) in close cooperation with an SDR agency
• Deliver presentations at decision‑maker level and coordinate technically with Pre‑Sales and Engineering
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, forecasting, and CRM pipeline management in Salesforce
• Support marketing activities (trade shows such as DMEA, Digital X, OMR; demos; case studies)
• Work closely with the VP Sales Europe (based in Munich) and international product management

Sales

• Pre-Sales und Technische Beratung & für SaaS Secure Messaging & Collaboration Softwarelösungen
• Ansprechpartner für Key Accounts und neue Kunden im Enterprise-Umfeld (Fokus auf DACH)
• Durchführung von Demos, POCs, Workshops und Kundenschulungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktmanagement und strategischen Partnern (z. B. Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems)
• Technische Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen
• Vermittlung der Mehrwerte und Vorteile der Produkte an CxOs bis Techniker
• Unterstützung des Marketings bei Wettbewerbsanalysen, Messen, Case-Studies, Erstellung von Demoskripten, Demovideos und Whitepaper

PreSales Technical Sales – SaaS Secure Messaging & Collaboration Software
