About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take on project management for innovative IT projects with a focus on data storage and backend systems
  • Active contribution to backend and/or frontend development using Rust and Python
  • Design, planning and management of all project phases — from requirements analysis and architecture to successful implementation
  • Coordination and leadership of an interdisciplinary team of developers and external partners
  • Ensure quality, adherence to deadlines and technical excellence
  • Interface management with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Hands-on work in a Linux-based system environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in IT project management or a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge in backend development with Rust and Python or frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks
  • Experience working with Linux systems and modern tools (Docker, GitLab)
  • Proficient use of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira & Confluence
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork in a dynamic environment
