About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell our master data, product data management and product marketing software solutions with a focus on acquiring new key accounts.
- Identify, pursue and develop enterprise leads generated through various methods up to successful closure through your networking.
- With your enterprise sales experience, regularly convert prospects along the customer journey into key accounts.
- Based on your analyses of provided specifications and requirement profiles, develop solution concepts that are closely aligned with customers' processes and business operations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with prospective customers and effectively close deals to achieve your revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre‑Sales Consulting and Product Development as well as external implementation partners to strategically coordinate resources and ensure seamless communication on meeting customer requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a Bachelor's, Master's or comparable degree, ideally with exposure to both business and technical subjects.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and a proven track record of generating business wins in enterprise software sales, preferably at globally operating, sales-driven software vendors.
- You present yourself confidently and persuasively in fluent German and English at decision-maker level.
- You combine analytical thinking and healthy self‑confidence with strong self-motivation, determination and a drive to succeed.
- You stay up to date on industry trends, products and services to remain competitive and effectively meet customer needs.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region is expected.
