About the role

  • Monitor and project inventory levels across all facilities and develop forecasts
  • Identify risks such as shortages, overstocks, and storage constraints
  • Ensure transfers between facilities are completed on schedule and align with operations
  • Partner with operations and purchasing to align replenishment with supply availability
  • Monitor and report on fulfillment accuracy, days-on-hand, and space utilization
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel pivot tables
  • Analyze product flow trends and recommend process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or related operations role
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
  • Proactive, aggressive problem solver who can anticipate challenges
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • Ability to work US time zones (8 AM CST–5 PM CST) and PKT overlap (6 PM PKT–3 AM PKT)
  • Availability Monday to Saturday (Saturday 4 hours only)
