About the role
- Oversee implementation of order management system changes and processes aligned with Services Supply Chain Business requirements
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting S/4 system issues
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Order Management implementation and transformation projects
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for OM-related processes
- Define and execute change management plans and drive MOC adoption
- Drive business process re-engineering and system optimization
- Manage change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize business disruption
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align with best practices
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Engage with global process owners and business leaders to drive process improvements and simplifications
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and compliance standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and monitor project KPIs, timelines, and risk factors
- Provide training and support to users on SAP S/4HANA Order Management functionalities
- Lead transformation projects and technical debt initiatives
Requirements
- Recommended Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, specifically in S/4HANA Order Management (OM)
- Strong expertise in Management of Change methodologies
- Experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Order Management modules
- Proven track record of leading SAP transformation projects in large enterprises
- Expertise in customer experience (CX) solutions and MOC adoption strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP, or SAP certifications are a plus
- Experience in Agile and Hybrid project methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the SAP S/4 HANA SD module including billing and pricing
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work AMS or EMEA time zones
