About the role
- Lead the successful delivery of large, complex implementations, aligning execution with business goals and driving measurable value
- Own the cross-functional Professional Services delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end project execution: planning, budgeting, resource alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to the Statement of Work
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and maintain clear visibility into project status with effective tracking and reporting (Ensure Project Health)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, foster strong relationships through transparent communication, act as the first line of escalation, and support the Regional Director in executive engagements (Manage Client Relationships)
- Coordinate efforts across internal teams—including Consultants, Architects, PMO, Cloud Ops, Product, Support, and Partners—to ensure aligned execution and shared success (Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration)
- Contribute to business development efforts by supporting project expansions, participating in proposal development, and assisting with budget estimation (Support Business Growth)
- Communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams, and adapt delivery approaches to evolving customer needs
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading complex projects with budgets of $1M+, durations of 12 months or more, and coordination across multiple government departments or stakeholder groups
- PMP certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously at varying stages of the delivery lifecycle
- Quick to understand, adopt, and apply new technologies and delivery approaches (Technical Agility)
- Proficient in using formal project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and others
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience addressing both technical and project management challenges (Analytical Strength)
- Highly organized with the ability to balance and prioritize competing demands across clients and internal teams (Organizational Excellence)
- Comfortable communicating with both C-level executives and technical team members, adapting communication style as needed (Executive and Technical Communication)

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Desired: Minimum of 5 years successfully leading implementations of COTS or platform-based enterprise software solutions for Tier-1 government clients
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Desired: Hands-on experience with the deployment of large-scale, enterprise-class software systems
- Desired: Familiarity with state or local government permitting and licensing processes is a plus
