Plan, coordinate, and execute design, build, and installation support activities across GE Vernova and subcontracted resources
Ensure contract requirements are met and manage cost, quality, and schedule constraints
Identify, manage, and execute day-to-day operational aspects of project scope and adapt to changing customer needs
Maintain accurate project milestone tracking for business metrics and revenue forecasting
Be accountable for project revenue, contribution margin, and cash collection targets supporting PCS North America
Facilitate day-to-day operations such as QMI reviews, project reviews, CMR reviews, 1OTR processes, and regional reviews
Regularly track and communicate project progress, open action items, risks and opportunities to key stakeholders via kick-offs, status updates, and closure reports
Identify, escalate, and resolve issues/risks affecting customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
Drive cross-functional teams, demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork, and effectively communicate results to customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time
Must be a U.S. Citizen or able to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance
Legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening
Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information (if applicable)
Experience with SAP (desired)
PMP certification (desired)
Previous experience in the Marine Industry (desired)
Background in a customer-facing service delivery or project management role (desired)
Technical knowledge of power conversion products, including controls/automation, variable frequency drives, and power systems
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
Ability to learn and adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and practices
Competence in decision-making regarding task completion and follow-up on outcomes
