Requirements
- 2-4 years in outbound sales, business development, or partnerships - ideally at a startup where you had to figure things out as you went
- Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus) and marketing automation tools, and you actually enjoy using them to get better results
- Experience talking to small business owners and understanding how they think - you can have real conversations without sounding scripted
- Naturally curious about what makes things work
- Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast - you'd rather test something imperfect today than wait for the perfect plan next month
- Not just hitting numbers, but figuring out how to hit them better
- You can talk to anyone
- When contractors tell you our onboarding flow is confusing, you don't just nod
- You like figuring things out
