Full-stack Engineer

• You'll own the front-end experience that brings HouseAccount to life.
• From provider onboarding tools to homeowner dashboards, you’ll design and build intuitive, responsive interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend engineering to deliver fast, elegant, and intelligent user experiences that scale.
• Building new features in React that integrate with our Ruby on Rails backend.
• Creating components that surface AI-powered insights or automate actions in context.
• Collaborating with design to translate early concepts into polished, high-performing interfaces.
• Prototyping quickly to validate new user experiences and improve conversion.
• Partnering with product and the AI team to integrate intelligent features seamlessly into the UI.

• Lead the effort to make HouseAccount truly AI-first
• Designing, prototyping, and deploying intelligent systems that power how we match, message, and manage home services
• Work closely with our product and growth teams to identify repetitive workflows and convert them into smart, automated agents that scale what we do every day
• Building and fine-tuning workflows with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or Mistral models
• Using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK to connect multiple models and data sources
• Designing retrieval and memory systems that help agents reason across internal data
• Prototyping automations using Zapier, n8n, or custom Python/Ruby scripts before productizing them
• Collaborating with engineering to connect model outputs back to our Rails app via clean APIs

Business Development Rep

• You'll be the person home service providers hear from first - your job is turning those conversations into partnerships
• Your day starts with digging into HubSpot to see who responded overnight
• You're having real conversations with handymen, contractors, and service pros - figuring out how we can help them get more customers
• Between calls, you're tinkering with our AI outreach tools, tweaking sequences
