Requirements
Proven Business Development Experience: You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B solution business development, with a verifiable track record of delivering significant leases with top-tier data center tenants.
Data Center Expertise: You have direct experience selling data center solutions, such as powered shell, co-location, or build-to-suit projects.
Technical Acumen: You possess a strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure, including high-density power, liquid cooling, and networking. You can confidently explain these complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.
Strategic Thinking: You are a natural problem-solver who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder business development cycles and develop creative solutions for clients.
Hyperscale Network: Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers, large enterprises, or major technology companies.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent professional experience. Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
