About the role
- Recruit, train, and manage Front Desk, Concierge, Driver, Housekeeping, and management staff
- Oversee HR practices including employee handbooks, policies, compensation, and leave programs
- Manage bookkeeping, ledgers, and financial records; coordinate with outside accountants for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation for HOA governance, elections, and board meetings
- Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, staff, board members, and outside partners
- Handle key communications including resident announcements, board meeting minutes, and homeowner inquiries
- Partner with IT and engineering teams to implement security systems and technology upgrades
- Develop and maintain safety and security protocols to meet board directives and resident expectations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Work Experience 5+ years
- 7+ years of leadership experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end property management
- Strong background in HR administration, financial oversight, and resident service delivery
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing, service-focused teams
- Familiarity with HOA governance, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
