About the role
- Drive calibration excellence by managing schedules, budgets, and performance targets across powertrain projects.
- Ensure quality, supplier alignment, and technical convergence.
- Manage calibration scheduling and deployment of technical definitions.
- Produce and manage economic quotations and lead expert meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-site and international teams within Horse Powertrain.
- Based in Valladolid with occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites.
Requirements
- Proven track record in engine calibration and tuning activities, with over 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Engineering degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related automotive disciplines.
- Excellent skills in calibration scheduling and technical definition deployment.
- Strong competencies in managing economic quotations and leading expert meetings, with a collaborative approach.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain business ambitions.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; a good level of French is highly appreciated.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other Horse Powertrain sites.
