About the role
- Advance Blue Stream’s connectivity portfolio focusing on Internet, Voice, and Mobile services.
- Support full product lifecycle: concept, vendor evaluation, launch, growth, sunset.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.
- Support new product initiatives including third-party partnerships and amenity product expansion.
- Collaborate with Engineering, stakeholders, and partners for third-party integration.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to maintain content and enable adoption.
- Maintain documentation, competitive analysis, and market data.
- Assist in managing timelines and cross-team execution for launches.
- Focus on customer needs and attention to detail.
- Build cross-functional relationships and analyze data to inform product recommendations.
- Serve as vendor liaison and communicate complex product details simply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in telecom, technology, or related fields, with an understanding of products and industry trends.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools to manage projects and share product insights effectively.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in product support, product development, product strategy, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with cross-functional teams, self-motivate, and keep projects on track.
