• Enterprise Sales Execution: Own the full enterprise sales motion end to end across airlines and other large enterprises, driving to multi-million ACV goals
• Lead outbound prospecting, opportunity qualification, and enterprise deal execution

• Pilot Design & Conversion: Design and execute pilots that convert into scaled, multi-year production deals

• Lead advertiser-side sales for HTS Media, with a focus on DMOs, hotel groups, airlines, and travel brands.

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, creating repeatable sales processes and career development paths.

• Represent HTS Media at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a visible leader in the market.

• 8+ years in advertising or media sales, with a proven track record of selling to large advertisers and agencies.
• At least 3 years leading sales teams with measurable success in hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of advertiser priorities in performance marketing, retail media, or travel advertising.
• Experience selling new products and educating markets, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and lead a sales team while also driving individual contributions where needed.
• Skilled in C-level relationship building, negotiation, and closing complex, high-value deals.
• Existing relationships within the travel and advertising ecosystem are a strong plus.

As HTS continues to expand its reach as a leading travel technology company, we are looking for a Senior Director of Partner Success to lead the commerce partner strategy, onboarding, and growth for our travel commerce platform.
You will sit at the intersection of partner growth, product enablement, and operations, building the team, infrastructure, and processes that ensure our partners are set up for scale from day one.
Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth, focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Partner Success Managers and integration specialists responsible for partner onboarding, product enablement, and day-to-day partner growth.
Develop scalable onboarding and launch frameworks to accelerate time-to-value for new partners and ensure ongoing alignment with partner goals, success metrics, and commercial outcomes.
Serve as a senior point of escalation and strategic thought partner to top-tier partners, helping them fully leverage our travel commerce platform to drive retention and revenue.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver partner needs. Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure and support complex partner relationships.
