About the role
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for priority roles across all of GTM from intake to offer acceptance, delivering diverse, well‑vetted slates on target timelines
- Act as a senior talent advisor to Hiring Managers: leverage market data, pipeline analytics, and compensation benchmarks to influence search strategy and leveling
- Champion Honeycomb’s competency‑based hiring framework by building scorecards in Greenhouse, facilitating interviewer kick‑offs, and running structured debriefs
- Partner with the Head of TA to translate approved headcount into actionable recruiting plans; surface risks early and propose solutions to keep hiring on track
- Execute DEI sourcing tactics that broaden representation and improve quality of hire
- Analyze funnel metrics in Greenhouse and Gem to drive continuous improvement and share insights with stakeholders
- Contribute to cross‑functional TA projects (e.g., interviewer enablement content, candidate‑experience NPS) to strengthen hiring infrastructure
- Manage end‑to‑end searches for high‑impact IC and manager roles while advising on talent strategy, competency‑based interviewing, and market insights
Requirements
- Full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth tech environments, with proven success filling mid‑staff IC to first and second line manager roles
- Strong talent‑advisor toolkit; ability to translate funnel and compensation data into clear recommendations
- Hands‑on expertise with competency‑based interviewing and Greenhouse ATS (scorecards, reporting, scheduling workflows)
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI sourcing and fair‑assessment practices, with measurable wins improving team diversity
- Confident communicator who crafts crisp written updates and facilitates productive kick‑offs, debriefs, and pipeline reviews
- Growth‑minded collaborator who gives and receives feedback well, mentors peers, and embodies Honeycomb’s values
- Comfort operating in a remote‑first, fast‑changing environment and balancing multiple requisitions while driving continuous process improvement
