  • Serve as technical face of product partnering with Account Executives and prospects
  • Translate customer pain points into tailored solutions
  • Deliver demos showcasing Signals, Plays, Sequences, AI Agents, and Dashboards
  • Support pilots and PoVs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and product improvements
  • Prepare collateral including architectures, competitive analyses, and customer-facing materials
  • Stay sharp on Unify’s roadmap and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role (ideally in SaaS / GTM platforms)
  • Strong grasp of prospecting, outbound/inbound workflows, and AI-driven personalization
  • Excellent demo skills
  • Strong communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts
  • Curious, adaptive, and iterative
  • Aligned with Unify’s values
  • Bonus: familiarity with Unify’s product offerings, RevOps tools, and integrations in the growth/marketing stack
