About the role

  • Responsible for expanding client accounts in the IT staffing industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a staffing environment; or equivalent combination of education and training, preferred
  • Experience expanding client accounts in IT staffing
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and develop strategies to attract and secure new accounts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead negotiations and close deals; ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, account management) for onboarding and service delivery
  • Set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and market insights for senior management
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems
