About the role
- Convert inbound enquiries and proactively follow up on leads to close sales
- Design MCS-compliant heat pump and underfloor heating solutions using industry tools
- Respond to and qualify inbound sales calls, emails and online enquiries
- Maintain high compliance with MCS and consumer code requirements
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction
- Nurture repeat business and build relationships with developers and contractors
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on performance
- Represent Geowarmth at trade shows and deliver CPD presentations
- Share insights with team and contribute to process improvements
- Report to the General Manager
Requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of domestic heating systems, particularly heat pumps
- Proficient in MCS 3005, NIBE DIM, and heat loss calculations
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in technical or energy-based sectors
- Confident using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecast accurately
- Commitment to safe working practices and regulatory compliance
- Positive, articulate, customer-oriented professional presence
- Highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to collaborate and support a growing team
