• Drive website conversion
• Own and optimize the end-to-end online journey, using A/B testing and analytics (e.g. GA4) to improve conversion and key KPIs
• Launch new product lines
• Lead development and launch of new products/features, tracking success through ARR, attach rates and basket metrics
• Identify growth opportunities
• Use market, data and customer insights to uncover opportunities and translate them into a clear roadmap
• Manage partner integrations
• Oversee integrations with B2B partners to drive scalable acquisition and distribution channels
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
• Align cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders and ensure delivery against shared priorities
