About the role
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other methods
- Schedule in-person meetings or phone calls for Land Acquisition Agents/Account Executives
- Work closely with Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives to ensure meeting hand-off successfully occurs
- Act as the subject matter expert on homebuilding and present Homebound’s value props
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demo requests, emails/calls
- Proactively identify potential prospects and find contact information using prospecting software
- Diligently update Salesforce to keep CRM up-to-date
- Manage ongoing prospect pipeline and have full knowledge of target prospect base
- Report to sales leadership on outreach, connected calls, meetings scheduled, and other metrics
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience drafting clear communications
- Experience as an outbound prospector, including making cold calls, sending emails, and prospecting using tools like LinkedIn
- Track record of personal accountability, high standard of integrity and professionalism
- Resilience and a desire to succeed in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges
- Team-player with a strong desire to help enforce and improve internal processes
- Desire to learn, grow and get in on the ground floor of a company that is changing how homeowners build homes
- Receptive to feedback, with willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
- Background in homebuilding, real estate or construction sales is a bonus
- Experience updating Salesforce and using prospecting software to find contact information
