Freelance Motion Designer – Mobile Games

Producer

• Own art resource allocation: build and maintain a live capacity tracker for all Artists (internal and external) across all delivery teams, ensuring no downtime and no surprises
• Drive the art production pipeline: manage asset tracking from brief to completion using structured, Kanban-style workflows and tracker that give full visibility at every stage
• Run the Art risk register: spot blockers early, escalate clearly, and resolve production risks before they hit delivery
• Lead external development: manage the full lifecycle of external Artist relationships, from contract to renewal, acting as the operational interface between art, legal, and external partners
• Coordinate across stakeholders: bridge production, art, and external teams with clarity and speed, turning complex multi-group dependencies into clean, aligned execution

Senior Art Producer

• Own the integration of UI and visual assets into Unity, ensuring faithful implementation of design references across multiple devices and resolutions.
• Build, maintain, and improve reusable prefabs, asset structures, naming conventions, and shared libraries that enable efficient production at scale.
• Drive asset and rendering optimization, including Sprite Atlas management, draw-call reduction, compression strategies, and mobile performance improvements.
• Investigate and resolve visual, UI, and asset-related bugs, acting as the go-to expert at the boundary between Art and Development.
• Support localization implementation, responsive layouts, safe area management, and cross-device validation.
• Develop technical solutions through shaders, tooling, automation scripts, and workflow improvements that enhance both quality and team efficiency.
• Partner with artists to continuously improve asset preparation pipelines and ensure smooth integration from concept to final implementation.

Technical Artist – Gaming

• Create high-quality 3D assets from concept to final delivery: ensuring they meet both visual standards and strict technical constraints (e.g. polycount, optimization)
• Own assets end-to-end: from interpreting 2D concepts to modeling, texturing, and final polish, with no downstream fixes required
• Optimize models for in-game performance: balancing aesthetics and polygon budgets to maintain visual fidelity within constraints
• Collaborate closely with the art and tech teams: iterating based on feedback from Art Direction and ensuring assets integrate seamlessly into the game
• Contribute creatively to asset quality: enhancing textures, details, and overall look beyond the base concept when relevant
• Maintain production pace and reliability: delivering your share of assets consistently within a fast-paced production cycle
