• Develop and execute the Safety Manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead long-range planning, expansion initiatives, and advanced technology implementation in partnership with the Sr. VP of Operations
• Build, monitor, and manage annual budgets
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of manufacturing team members
• Conduct timely, constructive performance evaluations
• Foster a culture rooted in accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Lead manufacturing and distribution process optimization efforts to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase efficiency
• Develop, track, and review KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Champion Lean/CI initiatives and cost-reduction programs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and industry regulations
• Maintain a safe, healthy workspace through collaboration with Environmental, Health & Safety teams
• Ensure all operations meet or exceed regulatory compliance requirements
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues and achieve shared goals
• Represent the Safety Division in key business decisions and initiatives

Senior Operations Manager – Safety & Racing Division

Manager

• Own the product vision and roadmap for embedded firmware and desktop software solutions
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities
• Partner daily with engineering, QA, and cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery
• Manage and refine the product backlog to support ongoing development cycles
• Support Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across teams
• Provide product updates, insights, and roadmap recommendations to management
• Balance customer needs, technical requirements, and long-term platform strategy

Platform Manager

Accounts Payable

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices accurately and within established timelines
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure proper authorization
• Reconcile vendor statements and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and execute check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records and documentation
• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and foster positive, professional relationships
• Support month-end close activities, including accrual preparation and reporting
• Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting best practices
• Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen AP processes
