Manager

• Lead and champion a continuous improvement culture of reliability and customer satisfaction for part quality
• Establish and maintain quality and compliance systems consistent with corporate guidelines and customer requirements
• Manage all MRB locations within Holley Operations to ensure target timelines for product disposition
• Develop and maintain quality check sheets and assist operators to ensure accurate results
• Analyze and track scrap to support opportunities for improvement through corrective actions

Quality Manager

• Responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing process and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee the entire assembly process, from initial planning and scheduling to final quality assurance and on-time delivery.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage inventory levels of assembly components and finished goods.
• Participate in planning and budgeting activities for the assembly department.
• Establish goals and metrics for self and team consistent with divisional strategic plans.

Assembly Manager

Supply Chain

• Define and execute facility objectives aligned with divisional strategic plans.
• Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound distribution, including inventory management.
• Establish, monitor, and report on critical KPIs.
• Strengthen the facility’s culture of safety, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

Senior Distribution Manager

• Oversee all outbound activities, including order fulfillment, packing, staging, and shipping
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and quality
• Manage outbound inventory processes in coordination with inbound operations to optimize workflow and reduce discrepancies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time shipments, order accuracy, cost per shipment, productivity, and safety
• Identify and implement process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost-reduction initiatives based on data analysis
• Lead, mentor, and motivate outbound supervisors and associates to achieve operational and strategic goals
• Ensure all outbound operations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with inbound operations, purchasing, and DC leadership to ensure smooth workflow, resolve discrepancies, and support new product introductions
