Product Manager

• Serve as the central coordination point across Simpson, Stilo, RaceQuip, and other related product lines, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Support Product Managers with day-to-day coordination tasks, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Help maintain consistency in product management processes and documentation across all four brands.
• Own the accuracy and completeness of SKU data across all brands, ensuring product information is current and reliable in internal systems (ERP/PIM/PLM).
• Track and manage the NPD stage-gate process across all brands, ensuring projects move through development milestones on schedule.
• Develop and maintain product launch timelines and project schedules across all brands, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Assist Product Managers with market research, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis across all four brands.

Product Management Coordinator – Motorcycle and Powersports

Performance Marketing

• Assist in the day-to-day setup, trafficking, and monitoring of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
• Pull daily and weekly performance reports, flag anomalies, and surface trends to the Paid Media Manager
• Support A/B testing efforts by building ad variants, tracking results, and documenting learnings
• Assist with audience building, keyword research, and negative keyword management
• Help manage creative asset libraries, ensuring ads are properly tagged, organized, and up to date
• Support UTM tagging and QA of tracking links to ensure accurate attribution
• Research competitor ads, platform updates, and industry trends, bringing relevant findings to the team
• Assist with budget pacing tracking and escalate any delivery or spend issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams or agencies to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and to spec

Paid Media Specialist

• Design assets for web, email, paid media, social, and promotional channels.
• Develop launch creative that supports PDP conversion and overall campaign performance.
• Translate product and campaign briefs into compelling visual communication.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise brand standards while executing at division speed.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, and visual storytelling across all assets.
• Collaborate with content, go-to-market (GTM), and marketing teams to meet deadlines.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with timely and effective design solutions.
