About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead measurement and layout of customer-supplied components to inform design direction
Create detailed 3D models and drawings in SOLIDWORKS for custom instrument solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with SOLIDWORKS (1+ year minimum) and strong CAD fundamentals
Ability to translate measurements and concepts into precise, manufacturable designs
Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work on custom, one-off projects
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented but comfortable owning individual design work
Nice to Have: Exposure to machining, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
Interest in automotive performance, hot rods, or custom builds
