We are seeking a Human Resources Systems Junior Analyst to join our Firm. The Human Resources Systems Junior Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance and support of the Firm’s HR-related applications and our customer-facing needs. The role is key to our ability to understand issues and improve system processes, workflows and reporting that impact the user’s experience. The individual will assist in the design, documentation and testing of the data architecture within HR systems. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing flexibility to work from home and the office. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: Manage troubleshooting and identify trends from resolving ServiceNow tickets reported to HR by end users. Maintain and enhance system documentation, contributing to SOPs and process clarity across HR functions. Participate in auditing and testing processes and validation programs, ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance protocols. Respond as needed to ad hoc requests for data and reports and produce and disseminate scheduled reports as requested. Special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Basic knowledge of Help Desk Ticketing systems; Service Now preferred. Strong customer service skills and follow-through when resolving issues. Self-motivated; able to work independently as well as with a team. Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment. Comfort with and demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration. 1+ years of Workday HRIS required. Basic knowledge and understanding of HRIS functional areas(s). Excel experience preferred. Strong data analysis and audit experience preferred. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
