About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop job descriptions and post job openings across various platforms.
- Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, social media, and industry connections.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment methods and strategies.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, within the IT industry hiring for the software engineering roles.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and handle high-volume hiring.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience recruiting BE (backend) developers (asked in application).
