About the role
- Provide Expert Testimony and manage production of Expert reports.
- Conduct Damage Modelling and Analysis in Economic Damage, Lost Profits analyses and more.
- Direct client projects by collating research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Conduct fact-based investigations to test the validity of allegations using proven investigative approaches and the latest technology.
- Communicate with client project liaison on a consistent basis.
- Build complex models to analyze economic and financial data using spreadsheets and databases.
- Conduct technology-enabled analysis of data to identify anomalies, relationships, or trends using the latest analytics and visualization platforms.
- Communicate with clients using varying levels of complexity to relay data, findings and suggestions and manage their expectations effectively.
- Work within deadlines/priorities across multiple projects, delegating/collaborating with team members.
- Contribute to business development and pursue revenue generating opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degrees in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Forensic Consulting or similar Financial Consulting roles
- Analysis and calculation of damages in commercial disputes
- Experience with insurance claims services
- Analyzing delays, disruptions and cost overruns due to unforeseen events
- Forensic and Investigation Services experience
- Expert Reporting and Litigation Support experience
- Experience providing Expert Testimony
- Familiarity in Business Development and pursuing revenue generating opportunities
- Demonstratable Data Analysis expertise
- CPA, CBV, CFE, or CFI
- Ability to build complex financial/economic models and use analytics and visualization platforms
- Strong communication skills for client liaison and managing expectations
