About the role
- Lead forensic accounting investigations, fraud risk assessments, and litigation support engagements
- Manage restructuring assignments including insolvency analysis, turnaround strategies, and creditor negotiations
- Supervise and mentor a team of associates and senior associates; provide performance feedback and career development guidance
- Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Prepare and review detailed reports, presentations, and expert witness documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BPM to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required; pursuit of CFE recommended
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, restructuring, or advisory services
- Prior experience managing direct reports and leading client engagements
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
