About the role
- Set up, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Build and publish sales letters, landing pages, and high-converting funnels
- Implement and test creatives, ad copy, and automation sequences
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to ensure campaign objectives are met
- Manage funnels, automations, and workflows within GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to execute product and service launches
- Work closely within the CRM platform to manage automations, workflows, and campaign performance
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in digital marketing
- Proven hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of funnels, landing pages, sales copywriting, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (depending on client market)
- (Preferred) Experience with email marketing and automation workflows
- (Preferred) Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Figma, etc.)
- (Preferred) Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and other performance metrics
