About the role
- Join multidisciplinary product team to craft high-conversion user journeys for plug-in sales funnel product
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and marketers to understand user needs and implement solutions
- Conduct research and testing (surveys, interviews, analytics) to guide design decisions
- Develop sitemaps, flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes with a mobile-first approach
- Identify UX issues and iterate on layouts using feedback and metrics
- Maintain scalable design systems (Figma components/variables) and ensure product consistency
- Champion accessibility (WCAG AA) and inclusive design practices
- Support agile workflows, provide documentation and ensure quality implementation
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and apply data-driven experimental approaches to improve conversion
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, variables, component libraries, and collaborative workflows
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions with research-driven processes and outcomes
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows
- Deep understanding of user research methods, usability testing and data analysis
- Solid grasp of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout) and responsive interfaces
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (WCAG AA)
- Motion design and animation experience (nice-to-have)
- Experience designing SaaS products, e-commerce funnels or conversion-rate optimization (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to analytics platforms, A/B testing tools and methodologies (nice-to-have)
