• Join multidisciplinary product team to craft high-conversion user journeys for plug-in sales funnel product
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and marketers to understand user needs and implement solutions
• Conduct research and testing (surveys, interviews, analytics) to guide design decisions
• Develop sitemaps, flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes with a mobile-first approach
