About the role

Own the long-term engagement strategy for Care Team members across the platform
Design persona-based engagement initiatives
Continuously collect and synthesize “voice of the Provider” feedback, and translate it into actionable insights that shape platform improvements and care team programs
Develop frameworks and dashboards to track provider performance, retention, and other engagement signals
Design and run experiments to optimize performance and provider satisfaction
Leverage tools like SQL, Looker, and Google Sheets to uncover trends and root causes in provider performance and engagement
Champion a patient and provider-first mindset across the Care Experience team through structured feedback loops and process improvements

8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics—ideally in a high-growth DTC or marketplace environment
Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in SQL, Looker, and spreadsheet modeling
A bias toward action, and the humility to build collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
Clear, structured communicator—able to distill complex data into compelling narratives
Experience working with clinical, customer support, or other highly specialized workforces is a plus
