About the role
- Own the long-term engagement strategy for Care Team members across the platform
- Design persona-based engagement initiatives
- Continuously collect and synthesize “voice of the Provider” feedback, and translate it into actionable insights that shape platform improvements and care team programs
- Develop frameworks and dashboards to track provider performance, retention, and other engagement signals
- Design and run experiments to optimize performance and provider satisfaction
- Leverage tools like SQL, Looker, and Google Sheets to uncover trends and root causes in provider performance and engagement
- Champion a patient and provider-first mindset across the Care Experience team through structured feedback loops and process improvements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics—ideally in a high-growth DTC or marketplace environment
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in SQL, Looker, and spreadsheet modeling
- A bias toward action, and the humility to build collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
- Clear, structured communicator—able to distill complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience working with clinical, customer support, or other highly specialized workforces is a plus
