About the role

  • Drive the creative strategy for integrated brand campaigns across the Hims & Hers brands
  • Develop and refine brand personality, positioning, and messaging frameworks
  • Drive development of channel strategies/briefs and provide feedback to ensure consistency during launch
  • Audit and identify optimization opportunities across the consumer journey to improve understanding of value proposition
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners, agencies, and vendors to guide creative development and ensure efficacy against brand objectives
  • Support Brand Team on a full-time, six-month contract to deliver brand and business results

Requirements

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in creative and brand strategy
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands through creative storytelling
  • Strong understanding of channel best practices across online and offline consumer touch points
  • Ideally, a mix of brand-side and agency/in-house experience
  • Ideally, healthcare/wellness / D2C brand experience
  • Deep expertise partnering with market research teams to glean powerful insights
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction (application asks)
  • Willingness to complete full-time, six-month contract
