About the role
- Drive the creative strategy for integrated brand campaigns across the Hims & Hers brands
- Develop and refine brand personality, positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Drive development of channel strategies/briefs and provide feedback to ensure consistency during launch
- Audit and identify optimization opportunities across the consumer journey to improve understanding of value proposition
- Work closely with cross-functional partners, agencies, and vendors to guide creative development and ensure efficacy against brand objectives
- Support Brand Team on a full-time, six-month contract to deliver brand and business results
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of experience in creative and brand strategy
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands through creative storytelling
- Strong understanding of channel best practices across online and offline consumer touch points
- Ideally, a mix of brand-side and agency/in-house experience
- Ideally, healthcare/wellness / D2C brand experience
- Deep expertise partnering with market research teams to glean powerful insights
- Comfort navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction (application asks)
- Willingness to complete full-time, six-month contract
