Design, build, and maintain content on Alto.com using Framer.
Create high-performing landing pages that are continuously tested and optimized for conversion and user experience.
Partner with marketing leads to ensure all design and technical implementations align with SEO and AI summary strategies.
Effectively communicate strategic thinking, design decisions, and innovative brand ideas to all stakeholders using clear, concise language.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Design, Marketing Design, or a related field.
4+ years of progressive experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles, with a strong portfolio of enterprise-level design work.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, communications, and executive leadership teams.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), GSuite, Slack, and project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar).
Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to clearly present creative ideas to stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
