Concept, design, and deliver assets for integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, print, video).
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create engaging visuals for presentations, case studies, product launches, and customer stories.
Partner with the Creative Director to translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product designers to maintain a unified brand voice and experience.
Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh ideas to help Kustomer stand out in a competitive market.
Provide guidance and feedback to our agency partners.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design (preferably in SaaS, B2B, and/or tech).
A portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design.
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and designing with motion in mind (After Effects, Premiere, etc. a plus).
Experience developing creative concepts for multi-channel campaigns.
Strong communication skills - you can present ideas clearly and persuasively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
A systems-thinker who can balance creativity with brand consistency.
