Performance Marketing

• The Head of Demand Generation is responsible for building and leading a high-performing engine that drives pipeline creation and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role partners closely with Product & Customer Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and execute integrated programs that accelerate growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and execute an end-to-end demand generation strategy. Build multi-channel programs that drive and accelerate pipeline growth, aligning closely with sales and marketing leadership to achieve revenue targets.
• Create and manage a robust program for webinars and digital events, leveraging these channels for lead generation and to nurture existing leads, increasing engagement across targeted audiences.
• Lead a targeted advertising strategy across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) while integrating organic SEO efforts. Focus on maximizing reach, driving qualified traffic, and improving conversion rates through data-driven insights and optimization.
• Design and implement a high-impact ABM strategy focused on building relationships within key accounts. Utilize personalization and data to prioritize high-value opportunities and strengthen account engagement.
• Drive email marketing and marketing operations, ensuring automated, personalized workflows that maximize lead engagement and conversion. Optimize lead nurturing strategies for streamlined marketing efforts.
• Scale the inbound demand engine to drive substantial new revenue with an efficient CAC payback. Leverage a strategic mix of events, digital demand, account-based marketing, and integrated campaigns to achieve impactful results.
• Create & Optimize programmatic customer journeys across pre-sales stages to drive both acquisition and partner with customer marketing to drive retention, optimizing touchpoints that enhance the customer experience.
• Establish and track KPIs for all demand generation activities. Regularly report progress to the Executive Team, analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies for ongoing improvement.
• Build and refine systems that ensure scalable execution of demand generation goals, meeting growth objectives while maintaining operational efficiency.

About the Role: As a Data Engineer on Kustomer’s Engineering team, you will be responsible for growing our business by leveraging advanced data-engineering techniques to enhance our data architecture and streamline data-ingestion processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving our data-driven product offerings and in providing valuable insights that drive strategic product decision-making and help us grow globally.

This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of big data solutions, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
What You’ll Do:
Data Engineering: Write and adapt tools to classify, ingest and reconcile data. Onboard datasets, explore data and automate tasks using a modern data stack. Develop and implement systems for eventually consistent usage-based data tracking. Design and build solutions to efficiently transport data to customers.
Data Analysis/Business Intelligence: Parse, analyze and understand data sets. Work closely with key stakeholders to identify valuable insights that can be realized from the amalgamation of our data and integration of disparate data sources. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teammates to effectively surface and visualize data.
Data Debugging: Find anomalies in datasets and debug issues relating to data availability, access, integrity, privacy and security.
Production Support: Provide proactive oversight of our data pipelines, handle inquiries from internal customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Best Practices: Conduct architecture, systems and data reviews across the platform. Provide education and support to the engineering team in data architecture and design. Identify and resolve deficiencies and deviance from best practices. Participate in data initiatives across the platform including scalability, reliability, and cost effectiveness.

About the Role: As the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, your focus will be driving forward productivity, optimizing for efficiency, anticipating needs, and proactively solving issues before they become problems. This role will report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO. Additionally, this role will also support EA needs for our President & COO. Additional responsibilities that fall under your purview are: enhancing and celebrating our culture, aiding in administrative tasks across the organization such as: event planning, company-wide meeting preparation - including presentation materials, light office management and supporting the remainder of the executive team with administrative requests.
This role is based in the New York Metropolitan Area (NY, NJ, CT). Commutable distance to Manhattan is required. We may assign some in-person duties in the NYC Metro Area including a hybrid in-office schedule.
You’ll be responsible for: Proactively managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence; Booking travel, accommodations, reservations as needed for the CEO and executive team events; Work closely with the Chief of Staff to align the CEO’s work and week to the goals and necessary outcomes; Working with the broader Senior Leadership team on behalf of the CEO for scheduling and following up on outstanding items; Key event planner for company-wide events and leadership team offsites, coordinating all the venues and details to make an amazing employee experience; Overseeing the smooth operation of our small NYC office, including in-person and remote coordination, and ensuring it remains stocked with essentials; Partner with the People team to create and host cultural events and recognition opportunities for our Krew; Driving forward ad-hoc projects and work as needed; Working with teams to facilitate Kustomer events across Kustomer including Sales, Talent, and Marketing; Coordinating with our Investors to coordinate board meetings and other interactions with our leadership; Assisting other executives with travel, expenses, and other ad-hoc projects.
