About the role
- Develop and execute internal and external communications for HPE's CMCO.
- Support preparations for the CMCO to deliver updates on progress to Board and Executive Committee.
- Develop thought leadership platforms aligned to CMCO's priorities.
- Organize celebrations for performance milestones and team culture.
- Foster pride, confidence, and engagement among team members with consistent communication.
- Develop and execute the social media strategy for CMCO.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in employee communications, strategy, operations, journalism, or marketing.
- Previous client-facing agency and/or executive advisory experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced writing and editing skills with minimal peer or manager edits needed.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and program management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles.
