About the role
- Enable technology partners to integrate, validate, and deploy solutions with HPE Networking products across campus, edge, and wireless environments.
- Act as the technical liaison between partners, product teams, and field sales to accelerate joint solutions, ensure interoperability, and drive partner-sourced business outcomes.
- Own partner technical enablement, reference integrations, hands-on validation, and ongoing support for certified integrations.
- Lead technical engagements with partners to design, build, and validate integrations with HPE Networking APIs, SDKs, and management platforms.
- Create and maintain integration reference architectures, sample code, automation playbooks, and test plans to accelerate partner onboarding.
- Execute hands-on labs, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and joint demonstrations to validate interoperability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, coordinate escalations with HPE product engineering and support teams, and drive resolution to closure.
- Deliver partner enablement: workshops, training sessions, technical documentation, and recorded labs to build partner competency and self-sufficiency.
- Maintain integration status, roadmap items, and technical deliverables; report progress to partner managers and stakeholders.
- Advocate partner requirements to product and engineering teams to influence API features, compatibility matrices, and product roadmaps.
- Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance requirements; participate in security assessments and remedial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, network engineering, solutions engineering, or partner integrations.
- Deep technical knowledge of networking fundamentals: switching, routing, VLANs, L2/L3 services, wireless, and fabric architectures.
- Proven experience with network programmability and automation: REST APIs, Python scripting, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
- Experience building and validating integrations in lab or production environments, including use of network simulators and test frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network interoperability, telemetry, and performance issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear technical documentation and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise and knowledge of BLE, Zigbee, and/or indoor location solutions.
- Passion for IoT and emerging “smart office” devices and use cases.
