About the role
- Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle
- Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting
- Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities
- Plans, manages, and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities
- Engages with sales managers, program managers, and executives
Requirements
- First level university degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced university degree preferred
- 5+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Prior software industry experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experienced in managing human capital across geographies
