Requirements
12+ years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, or related leadership roles across strategic operations within digital media, entertainment, or creator-driven businesses.
Proven experience working directly with talent, creators, and their teams to operationalize content inventory for market monetization.
Track record of collaborating with senior leadership to define strategy and execute complex, high-growth initiatives.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing scalable operational systems that drive revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, content monetization models, and creator economies.
Experience developing monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and rate card design.
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging dashboards, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools to inform decisions.
Experience evaluating and implementing technology platforms to support operational scalability.
