About the role
- Lead a team of 8–15 sales professionals, with plans to scale as the business grows
- Drive sales across the combined Aruba and Juniper security portfolio
- Execute against a team quota
- Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology (training provided if needed)
- Focus ~70% of efforts on new logo acquisition and ~30% on cross-selling within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Requirements
- Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of security concepts, especially Zero Trust
