About the role

  • Represent our agency to mid-market ecommerce brands across multiple industries
  • Lead inbound prospects through the full sales cycle—from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Proactively identify and pursue outbound opportunities to build a predictable sales pipeline
  • Take a consultative, strategy-first approach to uncover client needs and craft tailored marketing solutions
  • Serve as a public-facing ambassador for the brand by contributing to marketing efforts—posting on company pages, sharing thought leadership, and engaging in online communities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, webinars, and lead generation initiatives
  • Create a seamless handoff to the strategy and client services team so new clients experience consistency (no bait-and-switch)
  • Grow into advanced sales or leadership opportunities with a clear career path.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or consultative sales (agency experience a plus)
  • Understands digital marketing channels (email, paid media, lifecycle, creative) well enough to hold strategic conversations
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills—comfortable with outbound outreach and discovery
  • Is a strong communicator and storyteller with a presence that builds trust both in person and online
  • Enjoys being active on LinkedIn and other platforms—sharing insights, engaging with prospects, and representing the brand publicly
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, performance driven environment.
