• You take ownership of educational content across the entire customer journey and ensure our customers understand HERO faster, use it more actively, and derive long-term value from our software.
• You build a scalable content engine — from Academy courses and product videos to short, activating formats for social media and our HERO community of over 9,000 members.
• You think video-first and develop formats that explain features clearly, understandably and practically — from the initial script to the finished asset.
• You support feature launches with tailored content such as videos, guides, short explainers, community posts and social snippets so new features are not only visible but also adopted.
• You evolve our HERO Academy as the central learning hub for customers and create content that genuinely helps in day-to-day work.
• You work closely with Social Media, Community and Product Marketing to distribute content smartly across channels and communicate messages consistently.
• You analyze which content really works and optimize it based on data with a focus on adoption, engagement and customer success.

• You take ownership of Expansion MRR within the existing customer base and develop initiatives to increase HERO usage and expand adoption
• You design and manage cross-sell and upsell programs, e.g., license upgrades, additional user licenses, or service packages
• You implement concrete campaigns and growth actions across the customer journey — from in-app prompts and email sequences to sales-supported initiatives
• You work closely with our farming/sales team to convert identified potential into qualified opportunities and incremental revenue
• You refine our value proposition, further develop compelling offer logic, and ensure customers clearly understand the benefits of expanding
• You continuously analyze conversion rates, pipeline development, and revenue potential and derive concrete optimization measures
