• Verantwortung für das Sales-Onboarding-Programm Entwickle, steuere und optimiere laufend einen strukturierten Ramp-up-Plan, der neue SDRs und AEs schneller produktiv macht als der Branchendurchschnitt – mit klaren Meilensteinen, Zertifizierungen und Feedbackschleifen.
• Verwaltung des Enablement-Tech-Stacks Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Tools, die Enablement ermöglichen, zum Beispiel LMS, Content-Management und Salesforce Content Library, und sorge dafür, dass Mitarbeitende in Sekunden statt Minuten finden, was sie brauchen.
• Einsatz von KI zur Skalierung von Enablement Konzipiere und betreibe KI- und automatisierungsbasierte Enablement-Workflows – etwa für Just-in-time-Coaching-Impulse, KI-generierte Vorlagen und Gesprächsleitfäden, automatisierte Call-Zusammenfassungen oder intelligente Content-Suche – damit Vertriebsmitarbeitende genau dann praktische Unterstützung erhalten, wenn sie sie brauchen.

• You take ownership of educational content across the entire customer journey and ensure our customers understand HERO faster, use it more actively, and derive long-term value from our software.
• You build a scalable content engine — from Academy courses and product videos to short, activating formats for social media and our HERO community of over 9,000 members.
• You think video-first and develop formats that explain features clearly, understandably and practically — from the initial script to the finished asset.
• You support feature launches with tailored content such as videos, guides, short explainers, community posts and social snippets so new features are not only visible but also adopted.
• You evolve our HERO Academy as the central learning hub for customers and create content that genuinely helps in day-to-day work.
• You work closely with Social Media, Community and Product Marketing to distribute content smartly across channels and communicate messages consistently.
• You analyze which content really works and optimize it based on data with a focus on adoption, engagement and customer success.
