About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the strategy of highly relevant product areas and develop a clear, effective roadmap aligned with our company objectives.
You combine strategic depth with delivery orchestration and ensure that the right priorities turn into measurable outcomes.
You lead complex discovery processes for strategically important initiatives, identify relevant user problems and derive robust solutions.
You work closely with Engineering, Design, Research and other stakeholders and create cross-functional clarity in prioritization and decision-making.
You establish standards that fit HERO and model excellent product work. You proactively coach and support the team's development.
You make well-founded, data-driven decisions and ensure that success is not only planned but also made measurable using relevant metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring several years of experience in product management of digital products and have already led larger, strategically relevant product areas with significant ownership.
You think strategically, act in a structured way and can derive focused decisions and priorities even in complex contexts.
You are strong in Product Discovery and know how to translate complex user problems, market potential and business goals into compelling product decisions.
You work very confidently in a data-driven way, can evaluate insights cleanly and use metrics purposefully to make impact transparent and to sharpen product decisions.
You move confidently in cross-functional setups and are able to bring together different perspectives without losing clarity and speed.
You recognize the potential of AI for product development, discovery and efficiency, can meaningfully assess AI-supported approaches and use modern tools pragmatically and responsibly in your work.
Very good German language skills as well as the ability to operate confidently and appropriately in a dynamic scale-up environment round off your profile.
