About the role
- Lead growth of Henry Schein Products lines within designated HSD Centers, driving revenue and profitability at the center level.
- Partner with Field Sales Consultants (FSC), Regional General Managers (RGM), DSO Team Members, and Clinical Sales Management to drive HS Products across single-site and multi-site accounts in the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, both in-person and virtual, to support HSP category growth in private practice and DSO settings.
- Provide clinical knowledge to customers and FSC teams to drive sales; develop selling materials, launch programs and plans addressing DSO needs across the HSP portfolio.
- Utilize CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate activities to grow HSP revenue within the territory.
- Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; build partnerships internally and externally.
- Travel typically around 80% within territory. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
- Minimum of 3 years of dental industry sales or clinical support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; global equivalent in related discipline; Master’s degree a plus.
